Wayne Carlson brings over 25 years of proven leadership through all phases of the product development life cycle in a wide range of companies, both as an employee at Wireless Matrix, MacDonald Detwiler, and Epic Data, and with Personal Designs Inc, a consulting company he founded to provide real time software design services. Some of his clients included Unisys, de Havilland, Glenayre, Rogers Cable, Epic Data and Norcom Networks.

Carlson’s diverse background includes design and implementation of a multi-mode satellite and terrestrial wireless router, automated vehicle location devices, various satellite communication protocols and devices, POSIX compliant client-server transaction-based system, an inventory management system, and communication software for an automated weather distribution system.

Ted Carey, Nupoint’s Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for operations, project management, administration, and hardware engineering. Carey is an experienced project manager with a history of leading complex projects to successful completion while building high functioning teams with little to no turnover. Customer satisfaction is one of his key drivers.
